The boards of “Meyers courtyard” at the adventure-zoo Hanover

For a little event the farmer “Meyer” offers his own living spaces, to use them as function rooms. In the so-called “boards” weddings can also be celebrated.  The pictorial terrace which is situated at the idyllic pond is for you and your guests’ exclusive available. – Isolated from the rest of the restaurant you can enjoy here the nature. “Meyers barbecue buffet” and all the other deliciousness’ of Lower Saxony will inspire your guests. Both boards offer places for up to 55 persons and can be rented apart.

The old repair shop at “Meyers courtyard” at the adventure-zoo Hanover

The old repair shop is the fanciest pub of Hanover. The 300 years old half-timbered house offers its function rooms for up to maximal 36 guests and is perfect for nice parties.
The antique details in the interior room remind of the ancient repair shop of “farmer Meyer” and create a rustic ambiance. Tractor seats are converting to chairs; disused doors are used as tables and ancient workbenches are converting as a bar. Your guests will be exalted from these function rooms.

The celebration barn on “Meyers courtyard” at the adventure-zoo Hanover

”Meyers” celebration barn, which is a historic half-timbered building which was constructed in 1743, offers function rooms in a rustic ambiance with a comfortable atmosphere and enough space to dance – the perfect conditions for your future celebrations.
If a rustic evening in the barn or a classy greeting for your guests – under the dark balks of oak trees and red bricks, will be a nice atmosphere. The barn with its huge outside terrace is the perfect location for 50 to maximal 150 persons.

The jungle palace of the adventure-zoo Hanover

Fairy tells come true in the function rooms of the jungle palace: As once powerful “Maharajas“you can celebrate in the Indian palace.
Experience an unforgettable night with elephants, majestically tigers, sainted temple monkeys and mystic snakes.

Fakirs and snake-charmers, opulent buffets and animal “stars” are waiting for you. You can surprise your guests for example through a parade of elephants or a “bollywood-show “Bombay Dream”!

When the setting sun disappears behind the jungle palace, begins a nice feast in these function rooms.
Just a step from the main entrance you can welcome your guests, if you desire- at the festive illuminated palace complex.

With up to 1,500 persons we will suggest you to use the function rooms of the whole area of the jungle palace. In this location your guests will enjoy the special impressive, exotic atmosphere. Fakirs and snake-charmers can already care for entertainment at the beginning of your event. Alternatively an animal-show-program can be also arranged.

The Indian palace hall in the jungle palace

You can celebrate a wonderful feast and rent therefore the function rooms of the baronial palace hall. Exotic foot, refined illumination and the fabulous atmosphere of the impressive palace complex will abduct you and your guests into a magical world. Let yourself already accompany at the car-park from torchbearers and players of the sitar into the interior of the zoo. In a festive brightness the fabulous palace hall will be presented. The cuisine of the palace will spoil you. Exotic Indian jungle buffets will be directly prepared in front of the leopards. You will see “hulman-monkeys” and if desired we’ll show you gracile snakes – and temple dancers are showing their talent.

The function room “large ceremonial room of the Maharaja” in the jungle palace, glows in the wonderful colors of India and gleams of its huge chandeliers and its petite ornament-fittings on the gates.

Up to 400 guests can celebrate in the function rooms of this glorious and unique location. The function room “ceremonial room of the Maharaja” gives every event an extraordinary and unique touch. Dive into the world of glorious palaces and bright colors. The legendary large ceremonial room is constructed on decorated pillars; ceiling high paintings of the Maharajah will fascinate the visitor. The saloon, which is decorated by mosaic and emblazoned by flower-ornaments gleams breathtaking in the royal colors of India, also thousands of tiny golden, leafs  illuminate a very special glamour.
Your guests will be fascinated of these function rooms.

In co-operation with the “scene of Hanover”, the zoo stages for you the Bollywood-show “Bombay Dream”.

Aunt Millis feeding trough in “Mullewapp” in the adventure zoo Hanover

Just next to “Meyers courtyard” in the adventure zoo Hanover is the “Helme Heines Mullewapp” located – and right in the middle you will find “Aunt Millis feeding trough”, which is especially appropriated for little kids. Chairs and tables are placed in comfortable boxes. Milk cans and cowbells provide coziness. – Exactly how real animals like it in their studs.

A tiny door next to the huge gate was once only intended for the little calf’s and is now the super-extra-special-entrance for the kids to enter into the function rooms! Two smiling cows are flanking now the entrance to the huge room where thousands of little soft balls are placed and where the kids can play after they finish lunch, and enjoy their time.

It is impossible to oversee the lovely details. For the signposting of the toilette the author “Helme Heine” came up with a very special idea. You can rent this comfy function rooms for your celebrations.
